broke immediately after installation

Dumbest washer and dryer set I have ever

By far the dumbest washer and dryer set I have ever purchased. It loses the Wi-Fi connection, and frequently need to be re-configured. Does not work with Alexa. It connects to Alexa without issues, but it doesn't do anything and there's no information anywhere on how it works with Alexa. We have several software engineers in the family, and none could figure out how to use the touchscreen properly. The software on the tiny display screen is terrible. You have to go through several menus each time you start the wash. The favorites option on the machine and app do not work. Also, there are no instruction on how to the menus on the display work in the manual or the Whirlpool website. The registration process on the website did not work. The registration for the dryer was supposed to include a dryer rack, but the form on the website returned errors. There's no way to get the dryer rack, and I'm not sure if it's registered or not because I can't use the phone app, because it lost Wi-Fi. I can't re-set up the Wi-Fi connection right now because the settings for the washer are un-available while the washing machine is running.

Almost perfect washer machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good size front loader washer for a small family of four. I like the fact that you can use your phone to select cycles on the washer more than on the front control panel on the washer. The washer can be set to soak your load if it is heavy soiled. It has a dispenser for your soap, softner and bleach for a single load or another dispenser for your soap, softner and bleach for a whole month. The machine is very quiet. You have complete control over the washer with the app on your phone with plenty of features like time delay when you want to start your washer. I like the machine very much and would have given it five stars if I could have got the machine reconized on the phone app. The phone app said that wifi was connected but it did not reconize the washer. I had to call customer support and they configured to phone app on their end.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I cannot emphasize how much I hate this washer. It is 3 years old. I just slipped and fell on detergent that had leaked all out of the drawer onto the floor. I have replaced the door/touch screen two times in two years. I had to buy an extended warranty to get the washer replaced once. I have replaced the detergent drawer (both bottom and top) twice. It has leaked water from the bottom more times than I can count. I am now buying a whole new set and having this trashed. It is beyond frustrating and such a waste of money.

I HATE THIS WASHER

I HATE THIS WASHER ! I HAVE TO USE DEEP WATER ALL THE TIME TO EVEN COME CLOSE TO GETTING THEM CLEAN. THE HAVE TO USE SECOND RINSE TO GET THE SOAP OUT !! I HATE IT. THERE'S NO PLACE FOR FABRIC SOFTENER . WHEN TO ADD IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL AND THE LID STAYS LOCKED SO YOU CAN'T SEE HOW POORLY IT WASHES .

Great Washer

Be smart fabric dispenser is so convenient, and the features and options work wonderfully and it's very simple to figure out.
